‘줍냥이’(이하 “앱”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하고, 해외로 어떻게 이전하는지 설명합니다.

앱은 계정/회원가입이 없으며, 위 정보를 식별 가능한 형태로 외부 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 카메라로 ‘동물 여부’를 판별하는 단계는 기기 안에서만(Apple Vision) 처리되어 전송되지 않습니다. 사진을 AI로 전송하기 전, 기기 안에서 사람 얼굴·차량 번호판이 감지되면 가리고, 위치 등 메타데이터(EXIF)는 항상 제거합니다.
기기에 저장된 정보(사진·카드·위치)는 이용자가 앱 내에서 카드를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. AI 분석을 위해 전송된 사진, 지도 표시를 위해 전송된 위치는 각 처리 목적에만 사용되며 앱 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
다음의 경우 개인정보가 해외로 전송됩니다. 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 아래를 고지하고 별도의 동의를 받습니다.

전송 요청은 개발자가 운영하는 중계 서버(미국 Vercel 호스팅)를 거쳐 Google에 전달될 수 있으며, 이 서버는 사진을 저장하지 않고 전달만 합니다.

지도 데이터는 OpenStreetMap 기반의 공개 지도이며, 앱은 정확 위치가 아닌 흐린 대략 위치만 전송합니다. 이용자는 국외 이전에 동의하지 않을 수 있으나, 이 경우 카드 생성 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 위치정보의 이용에 관한 사항은 위치기반서비스 이용약관을 함께 참고하세요.

이용자는 언제든지 앱 내에서 개별 카드를 삭제하거나 도감을 전체 초기화하여 자신의 정보를 열람·삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱은 로컬 저장 방식이므로 앱 삭제 시 모든 정보가 제거됩니다.
국외 이전 동의 철회: 국외 이전에 대한 동의는 앱의 도감 > 개인정보·동의 화면에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
철회하면 다음 실행부터 동의 화면이 다시 표시되며, 동의 전에는 카드 생성 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
이미 기기에 저장된 카드·사진은 철회와 무관하게 유지되며, 위와 같이 앱 내에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 이상임을 확인한 이용자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 앱을 이용해서는 안 되며, 부득이 이용하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.

“Jupnyangi” (줍냥이, the “App”) respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what we process and how data is transferred abroad.

The App has no accounts and stores none of the above on external servers in identifiable form. The on-device “is this an animal?” check (Apple Vision) runs locally and is not transmitted. Before a photo is sent to the AI, the App blurs any human faces or vehicle license plates it detects, and always removes metadata (EXIF, including location), on-device.
On-device data (photos, cards, location) is removed when you delete a card in the App or delete the App. Photos sent for AI analysis and the location sent for map display are used only for those purposes and are not stored on our server.
Personal data is sent abroad in the following cases. Per PIPA Art. 28-8, we disclose the following and obtain separate consent:

The request may pass through a developer-operated relay server (hosted on Vercel, US) which forwards it to Google without storing the photo.

The map data is a public OpenStreetMap-based map, and the App sends only the blurred approximate location, never precise coordinates. You may decline cross-border transfer, but card generation will then be unavailable. See also the Location-Based Service Terms.

You can delete individual cards or reset the whole collection in the App at any time. Because data is stored locally, deleting the App removes all data.
Withdrawing cross-border consent: You can withdraw your consent to cross-border transfer at any time from
Collection > Privacy & Consent in the App. After withdrawal, the consent screen appears again on next launch, and card generation is unavailable until you consent again. Cards and photos already stored on your device are unaffected and can be deleted in the App as above.
The App is not intended for children under 14, and only users who confirm they are 14 or older may use it. Children under 14 must not use the App; where such use occurs, a legal guardian’s consent is required.
